Apparently in Russia, they don't have policemen, they have their version of Judge Dredd. Denis "the menace" Yevsyukov is one of these officers.

Denis was convicted of killing seven people, injuring two others, and shooting at thirty-two people in a drunken Russian supermarket rampage. Denis Yesyukov was sentenced to the Russian slammer for the rest of his life, but not before this incident which happened after a reported "spat" with his wife

That is how CNN is reporting this incident. Pinkomenace.com, however, is not overlooking the fact that it was his 32nd birthday. We believe that, being an evil Communist police officer, he decided to shoot 32 people to celebrate. This could be a normal occurance among Russian officers as only 30 percent of Russians trust their police force, while 67 percent fear it. In Moscow it's even worse as only one percent of it's residents said they trust their officers in a recent poll.

One would thing Yevsyukov would have shaved his goatee to look less evil...

Fortunately for everyone else, unfortunately for him, Denis' birthday was not perfect. He did not get his second wish for an AK-47 assault rifle. He was quoted as saying thatif he'd "had a Kalashnikov machine gun (AK-47) instead of a pistol, he would have used it."
